Controls with Heating & Cooling Service and Installation
Precision Controls has been servicing and installing control systems for many years. Along the line we have added installation of heating equipment as well. Whether the control system is pneumatics, electronic, electric, or Direct Digital Control, we have been servicing and installing these over the years since 1989. Our experience and "know how" have helped many facilities save money on energy and maintenance, as well, as made buildings more comfortable.
Because of experience gained over the years we have helped our clientele establish preventive maintenance programs for their systems saving money, eliminating major problems, and replacing equipment as it wears out. We have been able to install systems with proven heating and cooling equipment. Some facilities have had deteriorating piping where leakage caused loss of fuel dollars. This piping was repaired or replaced.
Many administrators have buildings with problems they do not know about which are costing them in comfort and dollars lost. We are available to go through a facility annually or biannually, calibrating controls and checking system equipment operation, and making minor repairs. Major problems are noted and given budgetary repair cost estimates. This allows the facility to get back to performing as it was originally designed. Facility personnel are trained according to need.
Boiler Systems
Thermal Solutions Boilers by Burnham: This American made boiler is an 86% - 88% efficient low mass boiler even at 190 degree water. It can go down to 125 degree return water, as well. Viessmann Boilers: This German made boiler is a true condensing boiler which can be close to 94% efficient when return water is 90 degrees or less. Excellent for in-floor heating applications where condensing is not a problem for Viessmann’s stainless steel heat exchanger.
